    In my own words...

"I first experienced traditional chemical photography when I was 16; we had a module in photography as part of my college course in Media Studies. After venturing into the darkroom I started spending my free lessons huddled in a corner furiously printing and experimenting...you could say I was hooked.
I ended up taking the full Photography A level in a year alongside my media course, and deciding finally that this was the career path I wanted to take. I ended up doing a degree in Photography at Staffordshire, however I don't feel that it really helped me further my technique as it was too caught up in essays about WHY as opposed to concentrating on making good quality images that appeal to the commercial market...

I used my initiative and spend much of my time outside university developing my skills in my chosen style by doing band photos and model portfolios, and thats really how I got to where I am today.

I love music so band photography, live and posed, is a big passion. I have worked for various publications, and have been lucky enough to have 4 front covers printed.
I also love fetish photography, the high fashion vein, as I just adore the clothes; the textures and detail just make such wonderful subjects. It is because of this that I started my fetish macro project, which is ongoing.
I'm currently working as a Medical Photographer on the South Coast and its a really interesting job.

Off the photography subject, I love reading (mostly paranormal fiction, parapsychology/psychology books, viking books), writing (mostly fiction), films (particularly japanese/korean horror, anime and general horror), annoying my three cats & snake, a lot of extreme metal (black/viking/folk/death/gore), being a computer geek, battle simluation games, eating out (chinese, japanese & thai mmm), everything Viking (I love Norse Mythology etc) and Vampire, making corsets (planning to start a sewing business soon) and, of course, spending copious amounts of time enjoying life with my gorgeous husband Andy...! I'm currently expecting our first child too, and we're both over the moon about becoming parents and I can't wait to set my camera on him!"
